Martinsburg, West Virginia is not a huge city, so it doesn't have all the bells and whistles and dozens on dozens of events that the larger metropolitan areas provide, but it still has enjoyable celebrations to ring in the new year. Surrounded by the rich all-natural forests and mountains, even though Martinsburg is formally a metropolis, it seems like much more of a rural area for me, since I just moved from Baltimore, Maryland. Baltimore experienced the Inner Harbor and numerous close by smaller sized metropolitan areas this kind of as Towson and Glen Burnie, so we had been never at a reduction to discover events in which we may be intrigued. Individually, I go to a bunch of exhibits about town and the crowds are fantastic, so don't let the information scare you.
