Don't get me incorrect; The Las Vegas Strip is great. I adore it there. But occasionally, the strip can be a little much, and frankly, I would rather swallow a capsule of cyanide than go anywhere close to it. And I know each local feels that way because they've all stated it to me. And after a couple of rough days, some vacationers require a split from The Strip as well. Fortunately, this fantastic city has a lot more to provide than just what can be discovered on that 4-mile stretch of Las Vegas Boulevard.
